DForce was founded in 2015 by engineers with over 30 years' hands-on experience inside the automotive industry. Not consultants. Not project managers. Engineers who'd designed and built production tooling at the level our clients now need it.

Automotive
Our primary sector. BIW welding fixtures, riveting, stud welding and piercing tooling. Automated single and multi-robot cells. Prototype and production volume.
Nuclear
Safety-critical design work for Tier 1 suppliers — including specialist handling grippers where precision, traceability and documentation standards are non-negotiable.
Special purpose
Bespoke manual and semi-automated assembly equipment, piercing machines and finished assembly test machines. If it doesn't fit a standard category, we're often most useful.
